Yes. smyrides is live on the App Store and Google Play. Download it, sign in, and you can pool a ride, send a parcel or offer your seats right away.

Before anyone can offer a ride or carry a parcel, they add their details, verify their ID through DigiLocker, pass a selfie face match and add their licence and vehicle. Every trip is rated both ways.

Everyday items such as documents, clothes, books and gadgets. Prohibited items are flagged when you list a parcel and never shown to travellers.

Instant is for right now: go online as a captain and pick up parcels waiting within 5 km, the same day. Accepting one starts the trip, and every pickup still uses a code. Booking a ride or a shared pool this way is coming next.

Cancel from the ride screen and pick a reason. Cancelling is always free; cancelling close to pickup counts against your reliability. If your driver cancels, your request goes live again.

Yes. Book the pillion seat on a bike going your way, or offer yours. Riders can see whether you carry a spare helmet before they book.

You pay the driver or traveller directly, by UPI or cash, the price you saw when you booked. SmyRides never holds your money and takes nothing from it.
