Delete your SmyRides account

SmyRides, by SmyHire (proprietor Alasapuri Susmitha, Udyam UDYAM-TS-27-0053484). You can delete your account and personal data from the app at any time, or ask us here if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open SmyRides and go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Finish or cancel any ongoing trip or parcel first; deletion can't start while one is live.
Your account is locked straight away and deleted within 30 days. You'll get an SMS when it's done.
From this page
Enter the mobile number on your account. We'll text that number to confirm it's you before deleting anything, so nobody can delete someone else's account.
You can also write to support@smyrides.com from any address, mentioning your registered mobile number.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, photo, date of birth and language
- Saved places, emergency contacts, UPI IDs and notification tokens
- Your chats and photos, once the other people on those trips no longer need them for a report or dispute
- Verification images (already deleted after review) and your verification record
- Any pre-registration from this website
Without deleting your account you can remove saved places, emergency contacts, UPI IDs and your profile photo at any time in Settings.
What we keep, and for how long
